Taxes destroy wealth. Yet, some of the most commonly used strategies for building wealth are inefficient in today's tax environment. I founded Pillar One Financial Insurance Solutions because I saw an under-served sector of the population who needed help. As an experienced financial services professional, I founded the organization with the knowledge that better methods exist, and that real wealth is built by keeping more of what you earn and compounding on it.

In addition to years of industry experience, I am a Chartered Financial Consultant^® (ChFC^®), I possess dual Master’s Degrees, and I have taught professionally at the college level. The ChFC^® designation is considered one of the most prestigious and highly respected designations in the financial planning industry. ChFC^® professionals are educated on the essentials of comprehensive financial planning, including planning for families with special needs dependents, planning for divorce, planning for clients in diverse communities, retirement planning, estate planning, small business planning, income taxation, investments, insurance, and more. 

Moreover, as a former educator, I have a different approach than most financial professionals. At Pillar One Financial & Insurance Solutions, we give high priority to learning the details of clients’ overall life situations and, in return, educating them on their options in way they can understand. We believe in working together with clients to develop comprehensive solutions while empowering them to make educated decisions.
